In the name of God, Amen. I, David Scott, of the Town of Lowville, in the County of Lewis and State of New York. Being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say; first, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mehitabell Scott the use of one third of all my real estate during her natural life and also one equal third of all my personal estate; and I also give and bequeath unto my four sons, namely Enos Scott, Josiah Scott, Jeremiah Scott and William Scott, the remainder of all my real and personal estate to be equally divided between them; and I also appoint my beloved wife Mehitabell Scott to be Executrix and my eldest son Enos Scott to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I also further will and direct my Executor to pay to my daughters Hanna, Polley, Anna and Pruela one dollars to each, and likewise to pay to my daughter Betsey the sum of ten dollars, and likewise attend to her education the same as to the rest of my children, which expenses must be paid out the estate before it be divided hereby. Revoking all former wills made by me, in witness where of I have her unto set my hand and seal, the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and six. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named David Scott to be his last Will and Testament, in the presents of us who have here unto subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presents of the Testator. In the name of God, Amen. I Salmon Cone of Painesville, Lake County, Ohio, do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament. After the payment of my just debts & my funeral and monumental expenses I dispose of my estate as follows, to wit;

Item First. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sally Cone, one horse & one cow to be by her selected from any that I may own at the time of my decease, also my covered buggy & one horse harness hereto belonging forever.

Item Second. I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Sally the full equal one third part of all the rest and residue of all the estate of (unreadable section) divided and set off to her in equal quantity & quality & to be and remain her separate property forever & her heirs.

Item Third. The other two thirds of the said rest & residue of my estate real, personal and (unreadable) & choses in action, I give devise and bequeath to my three daughters, herein after name, viz; Sophia Vesey, Julia Anna Webb and Emeline Webb, to be equally divided between them, having (unreadable) to quantity & quality, & to be theirs respectively forever, & their heirs respectively.

Item Fourth. I hereby appoint Henry (unreadable) Esq. of LeRoy to be the executor of this my last will & testament. Dated at Painesville this 27th day of December 1850.
